About The Role

eProductivity Software is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our LATAM team, supporting new and existing customers within our Packaging Services business.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use ePS software solutions. You will be involved in areas such as system implementation, business analysis, documentation, configuration, training, consulting, and issue resolution.

You will act as a trusted partner to our customers, helping them understand how to get the best value from our ERP/MIS solutions while applying industry best practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of projects that have a real impact on business operations.

This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo, with some travel required to customer sites.

What You Will Do

• Deliver consulting services to customers using eProductivity Software ERP/MIS and related solutions for the packaging industry.
• Work with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Support software implementations, including configuration, training, documentation, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to customers, helping them use the system effectively.
• Identify customer issues quickly, escalate where needed, and work with internal teams to ensure they are resolved in a timely way.
• Create and maintain training materials, process documentation, and supporting project resources.
• Work closely with Project Managers to provide updates on project progress, risks, customer feedback, and key actions.
• Support teammates when needed to help ensure project objectives are met.
• Represent eProductivity Software professionally with customers and act as an ambassador for our business.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in professional services, software implementation, consulting, or custom development of web-based software solutions.
• Experience with ERP, MIS, or similar business management systems.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, relational databases, and client/server architecture.
• Strong communication, presentation, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across different tasks and customer needs.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Experience in the printing or packaging industry would be a strong advantage.
• Accounting knowledge would also be a plus.
