Sales Backoffice Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare and update quotes, commercial proposals, and orders in the system;

• Record, update, and monitor information in the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and quality;

• Control and track orders, contracts, licenses, and quotations;

• Ensure data accuracy and standardization of documents and processes;

• Provide operational support to Account Managers and external partners, ensuring efficiency throughout the end-to-end flow (prospect → order → invoicing);

• Support the monitoring and analysis of sales performance metrics;

• Identify opportunities to optimize commercial processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication, Marketing, or related fields;

• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus);

• Advanced expertise in Office (Excel, Word, Google tools);

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Analytical mindset and interest in processes and data;

• Advanced English (for interaction with global teams and partners).
