We’re looking for a Senior Tech Leader to take ownership of our most complex enterprise projects, acting as the technical backbone of our delivery organization and ensuring quality, scalability, and consistency at every stage.
This position establishes a strong technical leadership layer within the Delivery team, ensuring the company can execute complex enterprise projects with excellence, consistency, and independence from individual contributors. More than a technical expert, this professional acts as a cornerstone of the company’s execution capability, elevating technical standards, reducing risk, and enabling scalable growth in enterprise environments.
Main Responsibilities
Act as the top technical authority across enterprise delivery projects, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and architectural integrity;
Lead the technical execution of multiple high-complexity enterprise projects simultaneously;
Act as a trusted technical advisor in strategic customer interactions when required;
Drive and validate key technical moments, including architecture definition, technical kickoffs, solution reviews, go-lives, and stabilization phases;
Design, validate, and evolve solution architectures, ensuring scalability, security, robustness, and adherence to best practices;
Act as the final technical decision-maker in critical high-pressure scenarios and complex trade-offs;
Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, including critical production incidents, performance issues, integration challenges, and distributed system failures;
Conduct deep root cause analysis and ensure long-term resolution of technical issues;
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring long-term stability and avoiding rework or operational failures;
Reduce dependency on key individuals by structuring knowledge, standardizing practices, and elevating overall team capability;
Mentor and enable delivery teams, including consultants, engineers, and tech leads, fostering technical growth and autonomy;
Main Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure solutions, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments;
Deep knowledge of networking, security, and distributed systems;
Solid experience with authentication, identity, and access control concepts (IAM, PAM is a strong plus);
Proven experience leading technical delivery of complex enterprise projects;
Previous experience in roles such as Senior Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Principal Engineer;
Strong experience in troubleshooting complex environments and handling critical production incidents;
Experience working in global or multi-region environments;
Advanced English;
Will be a plus:
Background in building technical standards, frameworks, or delivery methodologies;
Experience in scaling technical teams or structuring delivery organizations;
