As a Sales Operations Manager (Backoffice), you will be responsible for ensuring the operational, financial, and contractual foundation that supports the sales engine. The role focuses on efficiency, governance, and compliance in processes that underpin revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the control of proposals, contracts, and commercial policies, maintaining close collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams;
- Manage the integration between CRM and ERP systems, verify orders, supervise billing processes, and control revenue recognition;
- Directly support the sales team in administrative activities such as generating quotes, reports, and documentation;
- Ensure bureaucratic processes are completed efficiently and handle renewals and inquiries proactively;
- Maintain constant communication with the accounts team to ensure clients' renewals and continued use of services;
- Standardize workflows, automate administrative tasks, and support internal audits to maximize operational effectiveness;
- Maintain records and controls that ensure transparency and regulatory adherence throughout revenue support processes;
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields;
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing sales processes;
- Experience with CRM systems, primarily Salesforce;
- Relevant experience in sales support or sales operations functions;
- Previous experience in corporate environments focusing on B2B sales (will be a plus);
- Previous experience in Technology companies as a core product (in cybersecurity will be a plus);
- Skill in developing and implementing pricing strategies, discount analysis, and definition (will be a plus);
- Fluent English for daily communication;
- Ability to implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency;
- Experience in supporting sales teams administratively and operationally;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and work effectively in multicultural environments.
