Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s innovations enable its bank customers to offer consumers choices: Pay now with debit, ahead of time with prepaid or later with credit products. From the world's major cities to remote areas without banks, people are increasingly relying on digital currency along with mobile technology to use their money anytime, make purchases online, transfer funds and access basic financial services. Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct is a payment service that Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) provides to clients (sending and receiving financial institutions, processors, merchants, and service providers) to facilitate fund transfers/disbursements to cards, bank accounts and wallets around the world using A2A payment technology. Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct consumer and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfer, funds disbursement (e.g., insurance claim disbursements), cross border transfers and more. The money movement market is estimated to be more than USD 200 Trillion of payment volume globally.


The candidate will report to the Senior Director, LAC Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct Commercialization and Market Development, and will support the commercialization, expansion, go-to-market strategy and product management of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct in Brazil, including product capacitation activities, supporting the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct pricing and deal framework, managing an integrated opportunities pipeline in collaboration with key internal functional leads including specialized sales, country teams, client services, technology, risk, B2B marketing, finance, etc. to ensure the required level of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct knowhow to support clients.

The candidate should also produce innovative ideas, non-traditional channels, use cases and build partnerships to grow and scale Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct.

Inherent in Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct team are sporadic and unplanned activities that support the strategic interests of the business. The person must continuously monitor the evolving market disruptions and assist with defining plans to address as the competitive and regulatory landscape evolves.


Responsibilities:

  • Support Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct commercialization and develop Go-to-Market strategy
  • Equip sales teams to independently sell Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct
  • Collect Product Enhancements needs from the market and drive product roadmap development
  • Oversight end-to-end project implementations and operation of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct in Brazil
  • Support specialized sales, business development, and core products teams to develop Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct deal structure (incentives, pricing, terms, and execution)
  • Work closely with internal business areas, to identify and assess partners who can support Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct expansion strategy and drive adoption
  • Work with cross-functional teams within Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) to do internal alignment and get buy-in during yearly planning process (Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct team members, business development, merchant sales & acquirer, core products, marketing, client services, technology, risk, government relations, etc.)
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis as needed to support Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct team as a whole
  • Continuously monitor the market landscape for competitors, trends and regulations that may have an impact on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Direct.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.
  • English fluency required


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • BA/BS required. Post Graduate degree in Business Administration strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with payments, or digital solutions
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills necessary in Spanish and English
  • Expert level PowerPoint and advanced level excel skills required
  • Communication skills are critical in this role both written and oral. The role will require extensive collaboration with multiple teams.
  • Critical thinker, strong organization skills, ability to summarize findings from data, curiosity to deep dive on root cause of trends
  • Ability to identify key strategic issues and to generate and deliver creative and innovative solutions to problems and opportunities
  • Detailed oriented, is expected to ensure the highest level of quality/rigor in market analysis
  • Strong collaborator, initiative-taking and the ability to work independently at coordinating cross functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriately
  • Curiosity about financial/payment industry and a desire to roll up your sleeves to help take open-ended and ambiguous areas of interest and help to bring clarity to the team
  • Sporadic travel may be required
  • Good understanding of the banking and payments landscape in Brazil and also cross-border payments.
  • Knowledge of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), financial/payment industry, Fintech as well as P2P and funds disbursements market experience
  • A good network of technology service suppliers
  • Close affinity with scheme-based payments
  • Experience in working with API and ISO standard financials services systems.
